1. About us
The Website is operated by Prestige Yacht Services Ltd, trading as Superyacht Watertoys EU, a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 12598961. Our registered office is 55 East Budleigh Road, Budleigh Salterton, Devon, England, EX9 6EW. Our VAT number is GB 356 9424 66.
2. Business-only website
The Website is intended for business users in the superyacht, marine and related industries. It is not designed as a consumer ecommerce website. Nothing on the Website is intended to create consumer rights or to constitute an offer to sell to the public.
3. Enquiries only
The Website allows visitors to learn about our services and submit enquiries. You cannot place an order or make payment through the Website. A website enquiry does not create a contract, reserve stock or oblige us to supply any item or service.
Any supply will be subject to a separate written quotation, order acknowledgement, invoice, contract or applicable trading terms. If there is any conflict between these Website Terms and the terms agreed for a particular supply, the terms agreed for that supply will prevail.
